Prayer is vitally important for an individual and for the health of the local church.
Join us as we celebrate who God is, what He has done, and what He will do in this church family and in this city!
What should I expect at prayer gatherings?
For our drop-in Cgroup gatherings, expect to be welcomed by some friendly people, likely with coffee and tea available. We often have a good balance of unstructured time getting to know one another, some time learning from the Bible, and a time of sharing about what we can prayer for, followed by some time praying.
Sunday morning gatherings are a brief but important time of prayer, often directed toward that morning's service and children's ministry. We are often a larger group, with a few people taking time to pray.
Don’t worry if you don’t like to pray out loud or in public or even if you’re unsure of how to pray – come! Prayer is simply communicating with God. It is something He delights in and invites us to do – it’s also something for a life following Jesus, that, like breathing, we really need to do!
