SUNDAY WORSHIP GATHERINGS

All are welcome to join us for our Sunday morning worship gatherings at 10:00AM in the auditorium of Notre Dame High School.

710 Broadview Ave.
Ottawa, ON

WHERE TO PARK

Parking is available on the west side of Notre Dame High School. The lot is accessible from both Broadview Ave. and Tillbury Ave. If the lot is full, there is plenty of free parking on the surrounding streets.

COME ON IN

Our east entrance is off Broadview Ave. and our west entrance is through the parking lot off Tillbury Ave. Both entrances are accessible.

If you’ve got kids to sign up for WestVillage Kids, enter through the parking lot off Tillbury Ave. Children are always welcome to attend the gatherings with their parents if they prefer!

Greeters will welcome you at the doors and are available to help you in any way.

HAVE A SEAT

Once the gathering starts, we want you to feel free to worship however you feel most comfortable. Stand, sit, sing, listen - that’s all okay! We’ll let you know what’s happening, who’s on stage, and what’s coming up next.

GRAB A COFFEE

Everyone is welcome to hang out in the foyer following the service for conversation as well as free coffee, tea, and snacks.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • The best way is just to visit a worship gathering, see what we're all about, and get to know some people. If you've got questions, find someone with a red lanyard, they'll be happy to help!

  • We'd love to have you! WestVillage is all about people who want to have a chance to come and check things out without being pressured to make some sort of decision or commitment. You're warmly welcomed to come and observe and (if you want to) participate. You'll find others here who are doing the same thing.

  • Wear what you would normally, comfortably wear when you go out to meet with others.

  • Nope! There's no entry fee and we don't ask people who are undecided about following Jesus to give in any way. Yes, WestVillage is supported by those who are followers of Jesus and consider it their home church. If that's you, you can find more giving info here.

  • We believe that we were created to have a relationship with our creator and that Jesus is the hope of the world. We want to help people discover that relationship and that hope.

  • Followers of Jesus have been singing together for centuries. We consider singing together an act of worshipping Jesus. It might seem weird, and it's totally fine if you choose not to participate in this (or any part) of our time together. The lyrics are always projected on the screen, so you can follow along if you like.

  • You're welcome to come out to a worship gathering or get coffee with an Elder or someone on staff. Contact us to set up a meeting. We also run openC, which is a great, pressure-free environment that gives you a chance to explore those questions.

  • If you currently attend a Bible-believing church, our recommendation is that you stay there and help it become the best it can be. If you're unable to continue attending that church, we welcome you to consider making WestVillage your new home.

  • You can always follow us on social media and watch or listen to our latest sermon. You can also recommend us to family or friends in Ottawa and pray for us regularly.

  • Yes, we're a member of the Associated Gospel Churches of Canada.

  • We're protestant, evangelical, and congregationalist.
